Contract CFO/Interim CFO
Lurate CPA Firm offers a customized combination of any or all of the above-referenced Accounting Services, including serving as the point person for legal, banking and CPA firm issues. These services are provided on an as-needed basis as determined by the owner to be beneficial for the company. The company benefits from the expertise and experience of a highly qualified CFO without incurring expenses associated with hiring a full-time employee. This arrangement allows the owner to spend more time leading the company than working in the back office (accounting and operations). Private Schools, Nonprofit Entities and Churches
Lurate CPA Firm provides Accounting Services and financial leadership to private schools (over 17 years’ experience) and nonprofit entities (over 11 years’ experience). This leadership has included working closely with and/or being a member of the Boards of Directors and Trustees of such institutions. In addition, Lurate CPA Firm provides direction and oversight of budgeting and accounting processes for churches on an as needed basis, working closely with church leadership.
Consulting
Specialized consulting services can be a one time only or for a specific period of time or as needed. These services can cover, but not be limited to, special events or projects (e.g. expansion, relocation, major asset purchase, etc.), business processes and operations evaluation, or business plan creation or review.
